About
Welcome! I’m Frances, the hands and soul behind Swoon Rodeo.
I started Swoon Rodeo in 2026 - the year of the horse.
From a very young age, I felt drawn to animals, especially horses. As a child, I spent most of my time on the ranch, the ranch was my home.
I started riding horses when I was young, spending long days riding through forests and across open land - galloping at full speed, listening to the sounds between the trees, watching the sunlight move through their branches. Being out there shaped the way I see the world. Nature carries its own stories, simply by having existed for so long.
The way Indigenous cultures listen to nature - reading the land by observing animals, birds, and the changing air, always inspired me.
When I discovered metalsmithing. I wanted to create pieces I couldn’t find where i lived— pieces made to survive weather, work and travel, carrying stories of the land. Jewelry that carried the spirit of the West and the deep connection to nature I admired in Indigenous cultures. That energy runs through every piece i make.
Thank you for being here - for supporting my art, this journey, and the life behind it.
